This bill requires medical students to undergo anti-bias training. CPAC believes that such training is entirely immaterial and often detrimental to the medical profession, opposes this mandate, and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on February 26, 2024 by a vote of 42-16 but the bill did not become law.
