This bill establishes an Electric Landscaping Equipment Rebate Program, the likes of which will promote the adoption of electric landscaping equipment with financial incentives. CPAC supports all forms of energy, believes that the government should not support one form of energy over another, and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on May 16, 2024 by a vote of 54-4 but the bill did not become law.�
