This bill creates a new department in state government to promote “family planning services” and where you can find them. CPAC views this as an abortion promotion agency, believes abortion is a human tragedy and opposed this bill. The Senate passed the bill on June 13, 2025 by a vote of 50-9 but the bill never received final approval.
