2024 - Ohio House of Representatives
Vote Description
This bill mandates that all health benefit plans and Medicaid programs cover biomarker testing, a tool used in treating some cancers. CPAC opposes these mandates that drive up the cost of health care for everybody and opposed this bill. The House passed the bill on June 26, 2024, by a vote of 77-17, but the bill was not taken up in the Senate.
