This bill opens up areas to development of natural gas pipelines to increase the supply and reduce the cost of energy. CPAC supports all forms of energy and increasing the energy supply and supported this bill. The House passed the bill on June 26, 2024, by a vote of 63-34, but the bill was not taken up by the Senate.
