This bill requires that all schools and public universities in Ohio maintain bathroom policies in accordance with biological reality rather than the whims of transsexuals, “non-binary” persons, or other perverts. CPAC supports efforts to affirm biological reality against the Leftist ideology of “gender identity,” and supported this bill. The House passed the bill on June 26, 2024, by a vote of 60-31, and the bill later became law.
