This bill, the Ohio Education Enhancement Act, attempts to eliminate so-called diversity, equity, and Inclusion programs that claim all history should be viewed from a racial perspective. The bill also restricts partnerships with China. CPAC opposes this leftist view of history and other topics, supports restricting Chinese influence in American education, and supported this bill. The Senate passed the bill on May 17, 2024, by a vote of 21-10, but the bill was not taken up by the House.
