This bill further legalizes the concealed carry of firearms throughout the state of Oklahoma. CPAC supports the founders’ belief in the Second Amendment, supports measures that better recognize the people’s right to keep and bear arms, and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on March 23, 2023 by a vote of 76-18 and the bill later became law.
