Vote Description
This bill prohibits municipalities from enacting ordinances or regulations that have the effect of restricting the usage of gas-powered cars. CPAC supports all forms of energy, believes that the government should not support one form of energy over another, and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on March 8, 2023 by a vote of 73-18 but the bill stalled in the Senate.
