This bill requires fiduciaries of Oklahoma’s public finances to refrain from investing on the basis of ESG objectives. CPAC supports efforts to limit the influence of ESG standards when investing public funds and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on March 21, 2023 by a vote of 75-12 but the bill stalled in the Senate.
