Vote Description
This bill prohibits people from engaging in adult performances containing obscene material in a place where they will be viewed by a minor. CPAC supports efforts to protect minors from sexually explicit drag shows and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on April 26, 2023 by a vote of 71-17 but the bill never received final approval.
