Vote Description
This bill prohibits public fiduciaries of the pension system from considering nonpecuniary factors when making their investments. CPAC supports efforts to protect public funds from ESG extremism and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on March 21, 2024 by a vote of 75-12 but the bill did not become law.
