No Ranked Choice Voting in Oklahoma

Vote Description
This bill prohibits elections in Oklahoma from being conducted using ranked choice voting methods. Ranked choice voting is a system of voting wherein an individual that places second place in an election may win the election by receiving the votes of other losing candidates. CPAC opposes ranked choice voting and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on March 13, 2024 by a vote of 63-13 and the bill later became law.
