This bill prohibits institutions within the Oklahoma State System of Higher Education from accepting gifts or funds from entities or individuals associated with the Chinese Communist Party. CPAC supports appropriate efforts to promote the US’ security interests and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 22, 2023 by a vote of 37-9 but the bill stalled in the House.
