This bill prohibits foreign adversaries from coming into possession of Oklahoma’s land through the use of businesses and corporations. CPAC supports appropriate efforts to promote the US’ security interests and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on May 19, 2023 by a vote of 40-6 and the bill later became law.
