Vote Description
This bill creates a special tax exemption for machinery and equipment purchased in order to mine digital assets. CPAC opposes government favoritism for particular industries and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on May 30, 2024 by a vote of 29-15 and the bill later became law.
