This bill permits people to sell certain forms of homemade food after attending a course. While CPAC would prefer to see stronger efforts at deregulation, it still supports this promotion of freedom and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on April 15, 2024 by a vote of 37-6 and the bill later became law.
