This bill apportions over $12,000,000 to the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department. CPAC believes that taxpayers should not be forced to collectively pay for tourism initiatives and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on May 28, 2024 by a vote of 37-4 and the bill later became law.
