This bill enacts various provision shielding the victims of human trafficking from unjust court procedures. CPAC supports efforts to target human traffickers while helping their victims return to normal society and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on May 16, 2024 by a vote of 38-0 and the bill later became law.
