Vote Description

This bill requires ballots to be printed in advance, sets voting hours, mandates that voters appear at their assigned polling place, and prohibits county-level voting centers. CPAC supports measures that maintain chain-of-custody and local accountability at neighborhood precincts and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on 2025-05-07 by a vote of 37-8. The House passed this bill on 2025-05-15 by a vote of 68-16. The bill later became law.
