This bill requires that the prevailing wage be paid to any public worker that assists in the removal of certain types of waste from a road or building. CPAC opposes measures that increase costs to taxpayers and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 1, 2023 by a vote of 17-12 and the bill later became law.
