This bill requires employers to provide employees with documentation detailing the quotas to which they are subject. The bill also requires employers to detail the consequences of failing to meet such quotas in their documentation. CPAC opposes government micromanagement of the workplace and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 7, 2024 by a vote of 17-11 and the bill later became law.
