This bill establishes the Pennsylvania Socially Diverse Farmers Commission. This organization will make recommendations to the legislature promoting the adoption of DEI-related agricultural policies. CPAC opposes current DEI initiatives and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on June 21, 2023 by a vote of 102-101 but the bill did not advance in the Senate.
