SR 134
Urging the Biden Administration to Rescind its Damaging Homebuyer Policies.
2023 - Pennsylvania Senate

Vote Description
This resolution pushes the Federal Housing Finance Agency to rescind changes that it made to Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae’s fee matrices. These changes raised fees on borrowers with higher credit scores and lowered fees on individuals with low credit scores, thereby unjustly punishing responsible borrowers. CPAC opposes this consequence, supports efforts to reverse it, and supported this resolution. The Senate passed this resolution on October 3, 2023 by a vote of 29-19.
