This bill prohibits employers from requiring that employees attend meetings related to labor organizations. CPAC believes that the government should not use taxpayer resources in order to prop up unions, opposes the corrupt bargain between unions and the government, and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on June 8, 2023 by a vote of 37-0 but the bill never became law.
