Vote Description
This bill prohibits the South Dakota Board of Regents from allowing any institutions under its control to host or promote obscene live conduct. CPAC believes that taxpayers should not be forced to subsidize obscene performances and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on February 29, 2024 by a vote of 62-7 and the bill later became law.
