This bill apportions $29,000,000 to the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources such that they may construct a livestock and equestrian complex at the State Fair. CPAC believes that taxpayers should not be forced to pay for equestrian complexes and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on February 23, 2023 by a vote of 26-9 and the bill later became law.
