This bill prohibits the state from adopting policies that, without due process, infringe on the people’s property rights. It specifically prohibits the state from doing so in response to policy recommendations from the United Nations. CPAC supports the preservation of property rights and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on April 21, 2023 by a vote of 66-22 and the bill later became law.
