This bill makes students eligible to receive the benefits of an educational savings account if they would otherwise be forced to attend a school in the bottom 10% of schools in the state. CPAC supports the expansion of school choice and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on April 21, 2023 by a vote of 57-27 and the bill later became law.
