This bill prohibits individuals from engaging in adult cabaret performances in locations where a minor could be reasonably expected to view the performance. CPAC supports appropriate efforts to shield minors from perverse and pornographic drag shows and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on February 23, 2023 by a vote of 74-19 and the bill later became law.
