This bill prohibits people, organizations, and political parties from providing training relating to the administration of an election without prior approval from the secretary of state. CPAC supports efforts to protect election security and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on April 16, 2024 by a vote of 78-18 and the bill was signed into law.
