This bill requires the executive agencies of the state to prepare a report on their costs related to illegal immigrants and to submit that report to the legislature. CPAC supports transparency in the state government and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on April 24, 2024 by a vote of 26-5 and the bill was signed into law.
