This bill prohibits government entities from forcing people to wear masks or receive a vaccination against COVID-19. It also prohibits the government from closing schools to stop the spread of COVID-19. CPAC believes that the decision to receive a vaccine should be made as voluntary as possible and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on May 28, 2023 by a vote of 90-53 and the bill later became law.
