Vote Description
This bill establishes a pilot program that requires certain counties to use video recording devices to record the vote-counting proceedings at various central voting stations. CPAC supports measures that boost election integrity and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on May 18, 2023 by a vote of 19-12 and the bill later became law.
