This bill prohibits commercial enterprises from hosting drag shows in locations where a minor may be reasonably expected to view the drag show. CPAC opposes the exposure of children to graphic sexual content and radical gender ideology and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on May 28, 2023 by a vote of 19-12 and the bill later became law.
