This bill prohibits the faculty of public universities from compelling students to adopt the belief that a certain race is superior to others. CPAC opposes racism, supports measures to prevent conservative students from being coerced into agreeing with racist beliefs, and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on April 12, 2023 by a vote of 18-12 but the bill never became law.
