This bill requires the Secretary of State to annually publish a list of foreign nationals residing within the state that have knowingly engaged in actions that undermine the security and sovereignty of the state. CPAC supports appropriate measures to promote the US’ security interests and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on April 27, 2023 by a vote of 20-11 but the bill never became law.
