The Scott Perry amendment to H. R. 140 prohibits public employees entering into union agreements from censoring people while acting in an official capacity. CPAC opposes government censorship, supports efforts to stop government censorship, and supported this amendment. The House defeated this amendment on March 8, 2023 by a vote of 207-223.
