This concurrent resolution sponsored Rep. Mike Johnson decries the vandalization of pro-life centers and churches in the months prior to and following the overturning of Roe v. Wade. It then calls upon the Biden administration to use law enforcement agencies to combat these criminal acts. CPAC opposes the illegal vandalization of places of worship, believes that the government should protect law-abiding citizens, and supported this resolution. The House passed this resolution on January 11, 2023 by a vote of 222-209.
