The Ronny Jackson amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act for FY 2024 prohibits the Secretary of Defense from using public funds to pay for abortions. CPAC believes that funds appropriated for defense purposes should be used for defense purposes, not abortions, and supported this amendment.
