The Ralph Norman amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act for FY 2024 prohibits the flying or draping of any flag other than the flag of the United State of America at federal buildings. This amendment was written in response to many public officials hanging pride flags on such buildings. CPAC supports efforts to diminish the gratification of radical gender ideology within the federal government and supported this amendment. The House passed this amendment on July 13, 2023 by a vote of 218-213.
