The Victoria Spartz amendment to H. R. 4665 prohibits the government from funding entities within the United Nations unless Congress specifically appropriates funds to those entities. CPAC recognizes that the UN does not represent the interests of the American taxpayer, further recognizes that its organizations have been co-opted by malicious actors to promote malfeasance throughout the world, opposes the US’ continued funding of the UN, and supported this amendment.
