RC 577
Israel Security Supplemental Appropriations Act.
2023 - US House of Representatives
Vote Description

This bill sponsored by Rep. Kay Granger, known as the “Israel Security Supplemental Appropriations Act,” appropriates funds to Israel for its Iron Dome system and other defense measures. It then offsets the cost of this appropriation by reducing funds that were eventually to be appropriated to the Internal Revenue Service. CPAC supports Israel’s continued existence, supports the defunding of the IRS, and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on November 2, 2023 by a vote of 226-196 but the bill never became law. Office of the Clerk, U.S. House of Representatives - Vote Details
