RC 619
Impeding the Growth of Discriminatory Gender Programs.
2023 - US House of Representatives

Vote Description
The Ralph Norman amendment to H. R. 4820 prohibits the federal government from funding the rule, “Equal Access in Accordance with an Individual’s Gender Identity in Community Planning and Development Programs.” This rule allows transgender individuals to participate in the services of single-sex HUD projects if it so be that they identify as members of the sex to which the project is assigned. CPAC opposes the gratification of radical gender ideology at the level of the federal government and supported this amendment. The House defeated this amendment on November 7, 2023 by a vote of 212-217. Office of the Clerk, U.S. House of Representatives - Vote Details
