RC 637
Paycheck Protection Provisions for Federal Employees.
2023 - US House of Representatives
Vote Description

The Andrew Ogles amendment to H. R. 4664 prohibits the funding of the Federal Labor Relations Authority’s rule entitled, “Miscellaneous and General Requirements.” Though its name is innocuous, the rule actually is designed to hamper the ability of federal employees to opt out of labor union participation. CPAC supports efforts to give federal employees the ability to choose whether they wish to participate in a labor union or not and supported this amendment. The House defeated this amendment on November 8, 2023 by a vote of 196-223. Office of the Clerk, U.S. House of Representatives - Vote Details
