This resolution sponsored by Rep. Kelly Armstrong authorizes the Ways House committees on Oversight and Accountability, Ways and Means, and the Judiciary to continue to investigate whether there exists sufficient evidence with which to impeach President Biden. CPAC believes that President Biden’s dealings with his son Hunter Biden merit investigation and supported this resolution. The House passed this resolution on December 13, 2023 by a vote of 221-212.
