This bill by Tom McClintock (CPAC Score 97%) allows the government to deport people who are in the country illegally if they have been convicted of Social Security fraud or making false statements regarding an identification document. CPAC supports measures to make it easier for law enforcement to do their job, and supported this bill.  The House passed the bill on January 31, 2024 by a vote of 272-155 but it was not taken up in the Senate.
