This bill by Sharice Davids (CPAC Score 5%) sets up an Office of Native American Affairs in the Small Business Administration to promote Native American programs.  CPAC opposes programs that are restricted by race and opposed this bill.  The House passed the bill on February 29, 2024 by a vote of 402-16 but it was not taken up by the Senate.
