The Josh Hawley amendment to S. 2226 clarifies the meaning of “aggregated value” for the purposes of the President’s drawdown authority to better reflect the full cost of the resources that the President is hoping to transfer to other countries. CPAC supports efforts to ensure that the US recuperates its costs when providing assistance to other nations and supported this amendment.
