Vote Description
Using the Congressional Review Act, this resolution by Mike Flood (CPAC Score 70%) nullifies a rule issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission that requires separate disclosure requirements for users of cryptocurrency. CPAC opposes special disclosure requirements for users of cryptocurrency and supported this resolution. The Senate passed the resolution on May 16 , 2024 by a vote of 60-38 but it was vetoed by the president.
